Our work is guided by the Finnish National Core Curriculum for Early Childhood Education and Care. Learning and wellbeing are supported through purposeful activities, familiar routines and play.
An individual early childhood education and care plan is prepared for every child together with the family. This helps us recognise each child’s strengths, interests and support needs.
A safe environment
Safety is considered throughout the day—from arrival and play to meals, outdoor activities and rest. Our educators supervise children carefully, maintain clear routines and help them learn age-appropriate safety skills.
We support respectful friendships and address bullying, discrimination and inappropriate behaviour whenever concerns arise.
Working together with families
Open communication helps us provide consistent care and respond to each child’s needs. Families are encouraged to share questions, observations and feedback with our educators.
